Thomas would later retaliate on social media by posting a cryptic Tweet that seemed to target the Saints organization. The image posted to Twitter read:

Sitting right behind the Saints' odds are the Miami Dolphins who have the most to offer if they were to agree on a trade for the two-time all-pro receiver. The Dolphins would likely have to part ways with their current first option at receiver, DeVante Parker, and likely make a hefty ask at draft capital as well.
