- The Clemson Tigers betting line to win the ACC has dropped even further to -220.
- The Oregon Ducks have seen their odds line shorten in the Pac-12 as the favorites.
- The Alabama Crimson Tide and Georgia Bulldogs hold their dominant lead over the SEC.
LAS VEGAS – The college football conference odds have once again seen some serious line movement after the conclusion of Week 4. Some teams continue to extend their lead while others see it slowly slipping away.
ACC Conference Odds: Clemson Continues To Fall
The Clemson Tigers have been one of the most disappointing teams in college football this season. Online sportsbooks have drastically cut their betting line to win the ACC title after their 2-2 start to the season.
ACC Conference Odds
- Clemson Tigers -220
- North Carolina Tar Heels +800
- Virginia Tech Hokies +1000
- Miami Hurricanes +1500
- Louisville Cardinals +2500
- Wake Forest Demon Deacons +2500
- NC State Wolfpack +3000
- Pittsburgh Panthers +3000
- Boston College Eagles +3000
Clemson was listed around -425 last week and has seen that line be cut nearly in half after their loss to the NC State Wolfpack. Interestingly, the North Carolina Tar Heels, the second choice in the conference, went from +600 to +800 despite Clemson’s betting line becoming longer.
Those betting on college football who still believe in the Tigers should jump on the -225 line as soon as possible as they’re likely one good performance away from their odds getting significantly shorter.
Big 12 Conference Odds: Iowa State Falls, Texas Rises
The Big 12 has seen the Oklahoma Sooners win the conference six times in a row and they are still favored to repeat for the seventh time, but the largest line movements come from the next tier of teams.
Big 12 Conference Odds
- Oklahoma Sooners -200
- Texas Longhorns +500
- Iowa State Cyclones +650
- Oklahoma State Cowboys +1400
- Baylor Bears +2500
- TCU Horned Frogs +2500
- West Virginia Mountaineers +3000
The Sooners maintained their lead atop the conference but the Iowa State Cyclones fell from +450 to +650 in response to their loss to the Baylor Bears. The Texas Longhorns took over as the top threat to Oklahoma with their line moving from +650 to +500.
Big Ten Conference Odds: Wisconsin Drops, Penn State Narrows Gap
The Wisconsin Badgers were the biggest movers in the Big Ten as sports betting sites dropped their odds from +1200 to +2500 after losing to the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.

Big Ten Conference Odds
- Ohio State Buckeyes -150
- Penn State Nittany Lions +450
- Iowa Hawkeyes +550
- Michigan Wolverines +1000
- Wisconsin Badgers +2500
The Penn State Nittany Lions are currently No. 4 in the AP Top 25 and continue to close the gap between the Ohio State Buckeyes. The Ohio State line will likely only get shorter as the season progresses, as they have just one ranked game in their next six contests.
Pac-12 Conference Odds: Oregon Still Plus Value, But Barely
The Oregon Ducks have been the last conference favorites to still have plus-value attached to their name and while that is still the case, this will likely be the last time to take advantage of it.
Pac-12 Conference Odds
- Oregon Ducks EVEN
- Arizona State Sun Devils +500
- UCLA Bruins +500
- Utah Utes +800
- Washington Huskies +1200
- USC Trojans +2500
The USC Trojans were +575 last week and have since dropped to +2500 longshots after their loss to the Oklahoma State Cowboys. The Pac-12 isn’t the strongest conference in the NCAA and getting the No. 3 team in the country at EVEN odds should be considered a steal.
SEC Conference Odds: Alabama And Georgia Reign Supreme
The Alabama Crimson Tide and Georgia Bulldogs are unanimously considered to be the two most dominant programs in college football this season. Unfortunately, they’re in the same conference but it shouldn’t come as a surprise to see the two have a sizable lead over the field.
SEC Conference Odds
- Alabama Crimson Tide -160
- Georgia Bulldogs +175
- Arkansas Razorbacks +4000
- Florida Gators +4000
- Texas A&M Aggies +4000
- LSU Tigers +5000
- Ole Miss Rebels +5000
The team that saw the biggest movement was the Texas A&M Aggies who dropped from +1700 to +4000 following their loss. One team to keep an eye on is the Ole Miss Rebels, who have a big matchup against Alabama this weekend.
