Finally, the PGA Tour’s Valspar Championship sees multiple solid first round three ball betting odds to wager on.
There’s a lot to cover, so let’s get started!
2021 NFL Draft Betting
There are two intriguing points of contention in this edition of the NFL draft that keep coming up in draft analysis.
The first is that Alabama’s Najee Harris is the only slam dunk RB in the entire draft, and that the rest of the class is fairly mediocre. Harris was the most dominant back in college football, finishing top 5 in Heisman Trophy voting behind two of his own teammates at Alabama.
Still, the relative value of running backs has decreased over the years, leaving it an open question as to whether any of them - even Harris - will be drafted in the first round.
NFL Draft - Running Backs Drafted in 1st Round Odds
- Over 0.5 RBs -450
- Under 0.5 RBs +275
The odds favor one RB, whether it be Harris or Travis Etienne of Clemson, to be drafted in the first round, but it’s not a foregone conclusion.
The other major point of contention in this draft is what the San Francisco 49ers will do with the third overall pick. Early in the draft process, they were expected to pick Justin Fields, but now, Alabama QB Mac Jones seems to be the guy.
The 49ers fans have famously been against Jones, seeing him as not worth trading up to the third pick to get, but coach Kyle Shanahan might see something in Jones that he doesn’t in the other QBs available.
NFL Draft - 3rd Overall Pick Odds
- Mac Jones -225
- Trey Lance +200
- Justin Fields +275
- Kyle Pitts +2000
- Zach Wilson +3300
On the day of the Draft, Jones is a pretty solid favorite to be taken with the third overall pick.
The NFL Draft airs at 8:00 p.m. EST, and NFL betting enthusiasts can wager on outcomes at online sportsbooks.
Soccer Betting

Arsenal vs. Villareal Three Way Moneyline Odds
- Arsenal +185
- Villareal +150
- Draw +230
On the three way moneyline, Arsenal and Villareal have almost equivalent odds, with Villareal taking a slight edge. Both teams have been of fairly high quality in Europa League competition, and relatively low quality in their respective domestic leagues.
Arsenal are currently in 10th place in the Premier League, while Villareal are currently in 7th place in La Liga.
Arsenal vs. Villareal Spread
- Arsenal +0.0 (+100)
- Villareal -0.0 (-120)
The spread on this matchup is actually nonexistent, with neither team far enough removed from the other to deserve a handicap. Effectively, the spread in this matchup has become a no draw moneyline, with Villareal slightly favored overall.
Note that a tie on this spread will result in a push for bettors on either side of it.
Villareal and Arsenal kick off at 3:00 p.m. EST, and soccer betting fans can watch on Galavision and Paramount +.
Golf Betting
The first round of the PGA Tour’s Valspar Championship kicks off on Thursday, and will be running nearly all day.
The tournament has already begun, and is being broadcast on CBS and the Golf Channel. Bettors can find all sorts of wagers on this tournament, including some unique three ball groupings to wager on.
1st Round 3-Balls - M. Homa / S.J Im / V. Hovland
- Viktor Hovland +140
- Sungjae Im +150
- Max Homa +250
Viktor Hovland and Sungjae Im are perennial competitors near the top of tour leaderboards, but not at the very top.
However, both of them are far more consistent performers than Max Homa, which goes a long way towards explaining the odds on this three ball matchup. Hovland edges out both of the others, but is in close competition with Sungjae, and not-so-close competition with Homa.
1st Round 3-Balls - D. Johnson / J. Niemann / J. Thomas
- Justin Thomas +115
- Dustin Johnson +180
- Joaquin Niemann +265
This three ball betting matchup features two of the best golfers on the tour in Justin Thomas and Dustin Johnson. Thomas is actually the favorite to win this event outright, even though Johnson is still ranked ahead of him on the world rankings.
Golf bettingfans can take a look at either of them as a solid wager in this three ball group, leaving poor Juaquin Niemann out in the cold.
Good luck!
