STILLWATER, Okla. - The Big 12 Tournament begins tonight with the Iowa State Cyclones and the Oklahoma State Cowboys. There are betting lines and odds for not only this game but there are odds for the Big 12 Tournament as a whole.

Oklahoma State has the shortest odds to win tonight’s outing, but are not favored to go much further than that.

Kansas Jayhawks have the best odds to win not only the Big 12 but are the favorite to win the entire NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament.

The Cowboys are -280 favorites to advance in the Big 12 tournament. Oklahoma State ended the season with a three-game winning streak and a 7-11 conference record. The Cyclones ended the season losing their last three games, hosting a 5-13 conference record, and not winning a single game on the road.

The winner of this game, however, will face off against the favored Kansas Jayhawks who have a 55.3% chance of advancing and winning the entire conference tournament according to 247 Sports. In contrast, Oklahoma State has a 0.8% chance and Iowa state have a 0.1% chance to win the Big 12 tournament.

The Jayhawks have been on fire all year, ending the season with a 16-game win streak and boasting a 17-1 conference record. It is no surprise that college basketball bettors are backing Kansas (-125) with the shortest odds to win the Big 12 Tournament for the 15th time in 16 seasons.

The Dynamic duo of Center Udoka Azubuike and guard Devon Dotson have carried the Jayhawks who after suffering a 55-67 home loss to Baylor in January, have not lost a single game since. Azubuike brings in 13.7 points, 10.4 rebounds and averages 2.6 blocks per game while Dotson puts up 18.2 points per game, 4.0 boards, and 4.0 assists.

The pair have carried Kansas to the best record in NCAA Men’s Basketball and have given them the shortest odds at +500 to win the March Madness tournament, as well as the shortest odds to win the Big 12 tournament at -125.
